Production time

 

Most products are ready to ship off immediately, however some items may need up to 3 days to prepare.

Delivery

We can deliver to Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Germany in 1-3 days. Delivery to anywhere else in Europe is done within 5 working days. We work with Post Nord and GLS.

Prices

All prices on www.ChristJewels.com include 25% Danish VAT and is stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) or Euro (EUR).

 

Return policy

At www.ChristJewels.com you have a 30-day full return right, valid from the day you receive the item.

You can exchange the jewelry for a different product or return the jewelry and get your money back. Please note that we only refund the refund amount to the card and cardholder who originally made the purchase.

 

If you wish to exchange or return your purchase, this must be done no later than 30 days after the delivery date. The item must be returned in the same condition and in the same original jewelry box and packaging as when you received the jewelry.

You must bear the shipping costs in connection with the return or exchange of the item. We also recommend that you send the jewelry as an insured package with tracking number. If you have a complaint, please contact us before sending the jewelry.

Note: Jewelry bought from one of our dealers can only be exchanged and returned to the same place as the jewelry was purchased.

 

Complaints

When you shop at www.ChristJewels.com, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. If you find a defect in your item within 2 years of receiving the item, you as a consumer have the right to repair the item or exchange the jewelery if the item cannot be repaired.

 

It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within 2 months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
